We collect the name and phone number a customer enters before playing a game, along with their visit history and game results, so that businesses can track loyalty streaks and issue rewards.

This data is only visible to the business whose QR code the customer scanned, and is never shared with other businesses or sold to third parties. Businesses can export their own customer list at any time and are responsible for using it in line with applicable data protection laws in their region.

Account holders can request deletion of their business account and associated customer data by contacting support.
